Issues with etrakit?
1. Make sure you are not connected to a VPN.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi to ensure consistent connectivity.
3. Contractor Login - Your username is now your registration number. If you do not remember your registration number, please search by clicking the search contractors button below and search by name, which will return your registration number.
4. You cannot have a public and contractor account with the same email. Do not create a public account as a contractor you are required to use your contractor account.
5. Leave off any attachments until you have received a permit number. Then, return to the permit and attach the documents.
